César Debargue About

César Debargue is an illustator and graphic designer based sometimes in Paris, sometimes in Kyoto, sometimes in Italy. He studied at ENSAD Paris, Kyoto University of Art and Design, and HEAD—Genève. He is now working as a freelancer in the fields of illustration, graphic and web design, editorial and publishing, for international clients, both cultural and commercial.
