About
César Debargue ( 1997 - ? ) is an illustrator and graphic designer based in Paris, working between France, Japan and Italy.
He graduated from ENSAD Paris, Kyoto University of Art and HEAD — Genève.
César is currently working as a freelance illustrator + graphic designer, with international clients and public institutions, in the cultural, publishing and fashion fields.
